1. Acceptance of Terms / শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ
By accessing or using RMT GAME SHOP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
RMT GAME SHOP অ্যাক্সেস বা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী দ্বারা আবদ্ধ হতে সম্মত হন। আপনি যদি এই শর্তাবলীর কোনো অংশের সাথে একমত না হন, তবে আপনাকে অবশ্যই আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকতে হবে।
2. Eligibility / যোগ্যতা
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করতে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে। অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি এই বয়সের শর্ত পূরণ করেন এবং একটি চুক্তিতে আবদ্ধ হওয়ার আইনি ক্ষমতা রাখেন।
3. Orders & Payment / অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier fluctuations or currency exchange rates. Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins.
সাপ্লায়ারের মূল্য পরিবর্তন বা মুদ্রার বিনিময় হারের কারণে পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই সকল মূল্য পরিবর্তনযোগ্য। অর্ডার প্রসেসিং শুরু হওয়ার আগে পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণভাবে সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
4. Delivery & Information Accuracy / ডেলিভারি ও তথ্যের সঠিকতা
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide the correct Game ID, Zone ID, and account details. We are not responsible for top-ups delivered to the wrong account due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
সঠিক গেম আইডি, জোন আইডি এবং অ্যাকাউন্টের বিবরণ প্রদান করা সম্পূর্ণ কাস্টমারের দায়িত্ব। কাস্টমারের দেওয়া ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ভুল অ্যাকাউন্টে টপ-আপ হলে আমরা কোনো দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করি না।
5. Refund Policy / রিফান্ড নীতি
Since we deal with digital goods, all sales are final once the items are delivered to your game account. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after the order status is marked as "Completed" or "Processing".
যেহেতু আমরা ডিজিটাল পণ্য নিয়ে কাজ করি, আইটেমগুলো আপনার গেম অ্যাকাউন্টে ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর সকল বিক্রয় চূড়ান্ত। অর্ডারের স্ট্যাটাস "Completed" বা "Processing" চিহ্নিত হওয়ার পর আমরা কোনো রিফান্ড, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা বাতিলকরণ অফার করি না।
6. Limitation of Liability / দায়সীমাবদ্ধতা
RMT GAME SHOP is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publishers (e.g., Moonton, Tencent, Garena). We are not liable for any game account bans, suspensions, or penalties imposed by game developers.
RMT GAME SHOP একটি স্বতন্ত্র রিসেলার এবং কোনো গেম পাবলিশার (যেমন: Moonton, Tencent, Garena) এর সাথে অনুমোদিত বা পৃষ্ঠপোষক নয়। গেম ডেভেলপারদের দ্বারা আরোপিত যেকোনো গেম অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যান, সাসপেনশন বা জরিমানার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
7. Account Security / অ্যাকাউন্ট নিরাপত্তা
Never share your game account password with anyone. Our top-up services only require your public User ID and Zone ID. We will never ask for your password.
কখনোই আপনার গেম অ্যাকাউন্টের পাসওয়ার্ড কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না। আমাদের টপ-আপ সেবার জন্য শুধুমাত্র আপনার পাবলিক ইউজার আইডি এবং জোন আইডি প্রয়োজন। আমরা কখনোই আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড চাইব না।
8. Changes to Terms / শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি। পরিবর্তনের পরেও আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়া আপনার নতুন শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ করা হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
